Darkly World is a Factions Based PVP Minecraft Server. For quite some time this has been a quiet server, with only a few people and their friends connecting. Mainly people within the community. It has only ever been populated by word of mouth and even so, It has always been many players favourite place to play.

Recently, the server has been completely changed and revamped. A complete start over, and a change in the way we ran things. Since the re-vamp, the server has remained white-listed...Until now!

So called 'gaming gear' is a funny thing. You may look down at your standard, non-descript Logitech wired keyboard and optical mouse and wonder what all the fuss is about - you can take shots just as a good as the rest of them, right? Sit down and spend enough time with a mouse that a company like SteelSeries has crafted, though, and you may start to see the difference. Having played first-person shooters since a young age, I was using basic mice for years until I decided to invest in a competing gaming mouse, the Roccat Kone +. I then thought that I had found 'the one for me', but since Darkly Gaming and SteelSeries offered me the chance to play with their limited edition Counter-Strike: Global Offensive QCK mouse pad and Kana mouse, I've definitely been converted. Though nothing is perfect, so the question is, will the CSGO QCK and Kana simply offend or will it truly bring your offensive to a global scale?

As a player of Counter-Strike since 2000, I’ve long been familiar with the structure of the game and the modes it offers. Until Global Offensive it was slim pickings as only Bomb Defusal, Hostage Rescue, and one Assassination map were available. However, Valve and Hidden Path intend to broaden our horizons by turning the CS we know into something more. Whilst Bomb Defusal and Hostage Rescue missions still exist, they’re now coupled with two new additions. With CS:GO right around the corner, I’m here to give you the knowledge so you can be In the Mode for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive; though take note, as server admins can tweak any settings they like. This article discusses the way these modes work by default.
