I have seen other servers do this and they give people skin customization options, slot reservation, etc. I think it will help out with our monthly goals and help populate our servers. What do you guys think? Will adding more plug-ins like this make the server have loopy lags?

We've been experiencing a lot of choke on the server. I initially thought it was my ISP so I tried other servers and did some matchmaking to see if the problem persisted. It did not and then other people have also complained about it. Can the TD people please look into it? Thank you!
