State your case: During my younger time's i would Spy crab for scraps and such, while i lost i would shut of my computer and while thinking it was alright but I know that's a half ass excuses and here's the proof (http://darklygaming.com/forum/threads/runner-nicholasly.10507/) I know its stupid of me, and immature of me but i hope you can forgive me after all this time

Personally I feel that 3 years would have given you enough time to grow up and realise that what you did a while ago was stupid.
However, as Darkly is no longer affiliated with SteamRep, I think that you will have to go through their unbanning process in order to get your Scammer tag removed from your Steam Rep profile: https://steamrep.com/search?q=STEAM_0:1:5659994

I'm not too sure how it works anymore as I have been out of the game for a while now, Sorry about that.
