Reason: Racism and Impersonation
After scrolling through all the servers chat logs, I found few cases of racism and impersonation of being an admin.

With lack of evidence I don't think this will go any further then Darkly, and I think maybe a temporary ban will be sufficient enough in this case

Note: This is merely observation through chat so I did not personally witness him in server.
