By no means did I actually click the link because of its possible risks, but as you can most likely infer from the words contained in it, where it will lead to.

I think a temporary ban will be sufficient enough in this so he can think about his actions but feel free to extend his consequences beyond that based off your opinion.

Also, I think a lot of these requests could be solved with a simple gag rather then an entire request, but as of right now this is how it's going to be if there is no mod online when situations like these happen.

I'm personally not going to act on this, Happy.
If he was constantly posting it, then he would be given a short ban.
But he only posted it twice, and it's not like any body has to click on it.

Fair enough. I personally didn't find anyone that went to the link, but I just didn't feel it was right to post that type of link in chat at all, as there is always that person that may go to it.
