Bound Key Problems

So I am having a problem with a couple keys that i wanted to change the bindings for, at the beginning of my autoexec i have unbindall and unbind "0" , in this case. than bind "0" "slot10", but i still can't use slot 10. My config.cfg is wiped clean, and read only, and steam cloud is off. so wtf?

Same problem. Just reinstall.

1 ) in your config, only have "unbindall". Do not follow that by "unbind 0"
2 ) If you have an "autoexec.cfg", delete your config. It's true that CS:S will take preference of the autoexec.cfg over the config.cfg, having two can cause issues.
3 ) also, try binding some bullshit key you don't use, like the ']' key (or whatever) to the "slot10" reservation. Maybe the game won't let you completely unbind "slot10" as it might deem it 'necessary'.
