i would have to say
"HEY MALKOVICH! THINK FAST!!!" from Being John Malkovich is me favorite line ever. especially if you learn the backstory to it.

The story goes, Apparently an extra on the film got drunk, and decided to throw one of his beer cans at John Malkovich. The director liked the scene so much that he left it in the film. The extra got his SAG card, a pay raise since he now had a line in the movie.
Malkovich, however, had no clue he was about to get nailed by a beer can at the end of that scene. i gotta admit its a great throw.
