Issues with Scrim Server

No rush, but here are some nit-picking things about the scrim server:

You're able to use your spray
You're kicked for AFK
You're kicked for team killing
Some weapons are auto-disabled.
Round times for tourney configs should be more like 1:45 or 1:30.

Seems to be all I can think of. Thank you for your time on this! I think everyone is having a great time with it.

not sure if its been fixed but auto team balance was enabled by default

no problem auron, I'm trying to tighten this fucker down. In the meantime, pretty please with a cherry on top, for those with access, please don't alter configs on the server side.
