Spamming by playing what sounds like an audio book. Couldn't mute because he wasn't high enough in the stats to be on the list and his stats show he's just trolling.

It would really help if your ban requests were accompanied by some kind of recording or video.
Just so that there is some actual proof of this happening.

I could go make a report thread about you saying "up-n-atom constantly spams his mic while playing" and it would mean nothing without proof.

I can see where this coming from and your example is offending. Can the in-game demo feature record mic audio? Otherwise, what's required is non-realistic for my evening casual play. It would've been nice for the 30 other players during the game to corroborate, but in this case the offending player was obviously trolling with their total of 5 minutes server time, it's probably not needed.
