Puppy dumped at RSPCA and owner drives off

This is so heart breaking, I don't know why some people would do this.
Didn't even have the decency to walk in there and hand her in, rather than just dumping her at the gate.

Can't even watch it. I have a new puppy and although he's a pain in the ass sometimes, I can't imagine just leaving him somewhere and never seeing him again

As much as I don't want a child in my life right now, if something drastic was to happen, and my girlfriend got pregnant and we missed the period for an abortion some how...or if she wanted to keep it.
I honestly could not see myself just ditching it at the side of the road, or even an orphanage. I would rather struggle with the burden or raising a child at 19 than having the thought of just leaving it somewhere playing on my mind all the time.
The mentality of people is horrible, whether it's a child OR an animal, it's bad both ways.

I guess the only redeeming part of the story I posted is that, other than some minor emotional trauma, it wasn't injured in any way.
