Units are staged, 99.9% of all reality TV shows have staging to add drama to the shows etc. But the reason they are making a big deal out of this one, is because A&E has always claimed that this show was 100% real, they even had the episodes where they interviewed the casts etc in Las Vegas, where they all claimed it was the real deal. Turns out most of the cast was not aware that the producers were staging some of the units, or planting valuable items in the units weeks in advance to add drama to the show. If Hester knew that all along, he wouldn't have waited till now to protest, which is what got him canned.

Hester will win, too. He's got his LA Jewish counsel, they're gonna take a nice settlement.

I think everyone that watches that shit knows it's fake... sadly, television's entertainment value has dropped to this type of bullshit (for those of us, Canadians anyway, that can't afford $100/month to get decent television stations such as National Geographic, Discovery Science etcetera).
