i was wondering why don't we get a 128tic server? plus this server became all doodoo with reg and lag spikes, i wouldn't mind putting little more money in plus we will be more famous with better server

Yep, quite the read..

In short, we have our own server box to do with what we please, and hosting CS:GO is one thing we host through this box. Thus, we can manipulate anything like tick-rate as we please, however we are ultimately at the mercy of the Data Center's network, with respect to issues of choke etc. Also of note, this is the best Data Center on Toronto's best network, so we're kind of at a loss here...

Sorry to report that over the past few days, the TF2 servers have been fine.
Only tiny amounts of lag every so often that goes away after a few seconds, and that's probably just cause I'm a britfag.
