Vote Kick/Ban

So Often I have been playing over last while and when theres no admin on this can be frustrating.Especially late at night
1. This can help with bomb problems
2.Spammers
3.Tk'ers
4.Rude people
5. Just following td etiquette
I thought I would throw it out there and ask if this could be taken into consideration! or find out why we dont have it!
Then we wont have to go whining to people who are most often busy when we have to go whining in the first place!

I'll be honest, kids know now-a-days:

- When you're about to be votekicked, votebanned - you just reconnect. It ain't worth the hastles man...

too many vote require get it working, + the ban is only last for few hours? and for kicks, they'll be back on the server before you can say SEE YA. and yes they reconnect right after 90% of the vote

well if you did vote ban for couple hours, If the guys being a douche or gal im sure majority would rule? And can be dealt wtih at admins earliest convienece or however yous spell it. But if its a hassle no biggie ,thanks! :P
