where/how do i get mods?

i can't figure out how to get th zombie mods, CS 2D mod, and a few others that seemed pretty interesting.
could you please help me find these and offer any good ones that you have found? it would be greatly appreciated.

There is a stand-alone CS2D game @ http://www.cs2d.com/ -- if that's what you're talking about.

Skins, mods, maps, etc can all be found at gamebanana.com

thank you, i am not looking for skins as i do not alter my game play in anyway what-so-ever (other than my default crosshair colour) but mods and maps are fun tho!

i don't know what sv_pure is, and how does that affect me? i dont plan on changing skins. i want zombie mods for hl2

I believe zombie mods require zero downloads, and that you just need to download the maps/skins when joining a zombie server?

^not 100% sure tho


And to answer your other question, sv_pure does not affect you in that case.
