Windows 7 and choke

I just installed Windows 7 and I'm getting massive choke. I'm running an intel core 2 duo 2.8ghz with 4 gb of ram and a geforce 9500 gt video card. I know not great but ok expecially for 350. Anyway I'm getting massive choke. I've turned down my update/cmd to like 40/30, rate at 25000, and interp to 0.033. Just looking for some thoughts and ideas.

Multiple reports lately of the server having massive choke all around.

Highly unlikely it is related to your new OS.

I've posted a possible registry fix for valve game earlier in this area I found a link that explains it all. I had terrible choke and couldn't figure it out I applies this fix and problem solved.

It can't be the OS ... unless you don't know how to keep it "clean".

here is the link i found. I keep my computer lean as possible and my hardware and connection is more than opitmal. since i got a new computer with windows 7 this intermitent problem started. never had this issue with xp.

This problem only affects Valve games. my BF2BC had no problems just the valve games.
