User tagging [Mod/XML Included]

Just a suggestion to include some sort of tagging system so that if you're trying to get someones attention or include someone in the discussion you can use the tagging syntax ("@someonesname"). Fairly simple!

No, it's a tagging system. A user can use the syntax @name (yes, the format is like Twitter) and XenForo system will translate it into an alert and you will be alerted that you have been "tagged" in a post.

Useful for getting someones attention in a thread.

Yes, it's verging on the Facebook/Twitter side of things...
But if you would like a specific person to read a post, this is easier than spamming their steam messages with 'READ THIS SHIT'.
