What I don't understand is that backpack.tf says that that unusual hat should go for 18-23 keys but people offer like 11 and its as if no one even follow their unusual prices.Unfortunately there are even people that would offer lower than that.
I've had people offer me a bunch of stranges for Unusuals before, some times any where from 5 to 10 keys as serious offers :/

I think one of the deciding factors is that bp.tf is extremely inaccurate on every single hat.
In fact, if I look around other places like Outpost, all you see is people selling 18-23 keys hats for 1 Buds plus.
So then it doesn't make sense for people to be low balling SO badly.
The Idea is that people (including myself) are looking for those traders that got a hat that they just want to flip quickly for as many keys as they can get no matter how small the price.
Though, I am not as bad as most people (11 key offer as an example).
Most traders ask for 50% off of your hats price which is dumb, 20% is much kinder :3
