how do i check the refresh rates on windows? im out of town again for work i got jessica's laptop but lil get that wire when i get home and check that. my rigs not sick but its decent. 3 ghz dual core with 4 gigs of ram and an ok video card. geforce 9500gt pci express. but ill try this weekend.

using just the standard vga i think. the blue one. i was using a 19" dell lcd before and had the resolution up on that and had no problems. hooked this one up and turned resolution up and choppy. i turned the resolution down a little and it helped :(. i got a evga geforce 9500 gt card.
