Well, it's that Zacky and I were on a server not so long ago. Someone denied using a middleman, and I guess it's fine if both parties involved (or all if it's more, such as this instance) agree. I just assume the ones who deny middlemanning will run in the end ;)

That is not using good judgement, you cannot assume things like that, you will make a mistake that might be costly in the future, please read the SteamRep FAQ for more details and this is not up for discussion, if you have comments about threads and so forth relating to TF2, please post them here. http://www.darklygaming.com/forum/forums/trade-discussion.121/

The first time with Waffle, he was asking around for a crab, Waffle said sure.
Waffle was winning 2 - 1 and he quit out mid crab.

He came back around half an hour later and did the same.
The second time with Diabetic, he was again asking for a crab and Diabetic agreed.

Added to the main report in the event SR asks for it. This justifies the mark as there was more than one Admin, and many witnesses to vouch for it.

Sorry to drop this in here...

I agree that by proceeding with said Spycrab both parties are accepting the risks involved with not using a middleman, but the act of running away is still a scam nonetheless. By not using a middleman, the risk is that an act in violation of the rules may not be reversible - not that it may go unpunished.

Also, shouldn't the quantity of stolen items be irreverent? Regardless of how much, it still constitutes theft, and depending on your current "riches" low-value items may be held at a much higher value to a victimized individual.
