Another Server, hmmm?

Hey guys. I am creating a minecraft server!!! But, I was thinking that if DARKLY, is interested, they could back it and add it as another DARKLY server. DARKLY would have to be a third party, since donations for the server would go to me but the DARKLY website/name would be advertised on the server... but that is all higher admin negotiation stuff. If anyone has thoughts/comments/suggestions/or brutally hurtful comments, please say so!!! (dont be too brutal though :P)

Specs:
Small server, 20 slots
Hosted by me
will eventually be 24/7
Fantasy, a little LOTR theme, but not too much
Survival.

Rankings (up for suggestions as well)
Owner
Head Admin
Admin
Mod
Mod In Training
V.I.P.
Builder Tier2 (creative builder for server)
Builder Tier 1 (survival builder for server)
Member (after 30 minutes of playing)
Guest (first signed onto the server)
