Details:
What Happened is "Chara" ran from a spycrab in which he betted against Juice LB(the victim and winner), in this spycrab chara offered 3 decent crafts. while Juice offered 3 stranges, Juice ended up winning 2-3, Chara left and didnt pay up. This is also not his first time doing this, he has ran before but came back to repay Commader(DGN). I do have proof against him in forms of Screenshots and a Demo of him complaining about Steamrep and Valve not caring about spycrab reports anymore.
