As you can see in the video, he would constantly change his name creating spam not only in chat but over mic as well. He spammed some sort of music while insulting me, unfortunately I couldn't get a recording of that though who would want to hear it again?
I think this is the same guy, Sery, that I posted yesterday, but its just a hunch because of his hat.
