I see two cases of n-bombs in his chat log which isn't to big of a deal, but also saw (as you can see above) where he said he will ban a player which I am interpreting as banning him by himself without making a report which I will also infer as him impersonating an admin/mod. Also note that after reviewing his logs fully, it seems as if he has been being a douche to the other players on the servers.
I think a temporary ban will be sufficient enough in this case, so he can think about his actions a little bit but feel free to extend the consequences beyond that if necessary.
