Well, I've been banned after playing for almost a month and being extremely active. Apparently there are demos of me that I would like to see as well. I think that it is unjust and I would like to appeal this decision. I am not new to the TD community and I used to play on TD about a year ago. I've been a good sport and some may know that I don't cheat. I don't want to leave a sour taste in your mouths and if you feel that it would be a better place without me then I will leave in peace.

Well first off, I appreciate you taking the time to create a forum account and making a post. You're a good guy, and trust me, it was a very hard decision. I was the one who banned you, for a couple of reasons...

1) 40% hit percentage. I mean c'mon
2) Fairly new steam ID, you don't get as good as you are in that short of time
3) One of our pubbies posted a suspicious demo where he figured you were walling
4) I figured I caught you walling on egons world, but as it turns out, it was possible to see the guy for a fraction of a second when I reviewed the demo.

so this is how our process goes. Only you and I are allowed to post in this thread, so you don't have to worry about dweebs posting their two cents. We (the bha) observe your demo, weigh the evidence, and make a decision. The decision is final.

As I work fucking fast, we will have a decision by LATEST, end of week.

There is a couple things you can do.

1) Post machine specs and DX level
2) Fraps yourself kicking ass.
3) Post steam and css history

Again bud, it was a hard decision, but bear with us, and I hope in the end we're all happy.

I was just posting that to show you some Steam history. The account I use for CS:S is a new one. I bought it to sell it but, I find it nice having a new account to rid myself of the people on my other account. I will make the account public now.

I know that I am not spose to post here but I was the one that made the demo so blame me. You made the new account so your old account doesn't get vac banned.

Actually the new account was made when I saw CS:S for $5. I have logged hundreds of hours on my other account in CS:S.

My goal was ,for this current account, to buy as many good games on Steam that are on sale then sell it. You are probably aware that Steam has huge sales from time to time. The idea finally hit me when I saw that CS:S was only $5 and I passed up my chance to get TF2 for $2. After buying CS:S I ended up playing it without my usual friends from my other account and I found it relaxing and missed the old game, haven't stopped since.

Ok, so, the BHA came to a decision, last week. I've just been really busy lately, anyways, you're ban will not be lifted.

Reasons

1) Flaky excuse for being as good as you are. We feel you probably have vac bans on your account. You may have hacked on our servers, or you may not have, regardless, we don't like the hacker mentality.

2) Complaints from the community. We listen. We care.
