The overall layout is essentially the same, but there are tons of small changes here and there that make the map more balanced. The biggest change, though, is putting bomb site A back to where it used to be. That will help a bit to make the map less CT sided.

Volcano released an updated version of de_train_ve today with updated train models. For the record, I think that this version of train is absolutely the best version of the map (including Valve's updated official version).
