Deep Underground Military Bases

I heard there is a vast network of underground military bases; possibly being built by creatures that look like grey aliens.

There is a big one apparently under the Denver Airport, and has a tunnel that leads to the mountain that houses NORAD. I think it is interesting due to the airports high elevation, if there were to be a 5000 foot tidal wave I think the airport would still survive and the scary pictures on the walls there.

If I found myself in one of these bases I know would be compelled to grab a crowbar fuck shit up.

Well, this probably has to do with the nuclear test-ban treaty from 1963 between the USA, Russia, and the UK banning all nuclear tests unless they were conducted underground. To do so, I imagine the government must have some pretty fucking impressive underground facilities to monitor, study, and conduct these tests. Given the power of the nuclear weapons we possess these days, and the number of tests conducted by Russia and the USA, I imagine we have an underground networks all over the place!
