Saw a fishy guy in chat looking to buy unusuals with Paypal. I bped him and found he had little hours and no tradable items. Also saw that he was a marked scammer on Steamrep. Is the Steamrep plugin not working?

I dinged him for a week, but I think this is enough evidence for a perm.
