I'd recommend start with watching set 2 and from the later demos working your way backwards as they usually get more careless, eg. playdemo cheatr3h, g, f, e, etc. The demos are of consecutive rounds and vary in blatantness.
Also enable sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 2 to see what they may see.
