Why do you want to be a DARKLY TF2 Admin:
For the last 2 years that I have played Team Fortress 2, the Darkly servers have become my favorite go to place to hang out, talk to friends, trade, help others, and participate in server events. Darkly has become, in a way, a second home for me where I can connect and chat with the people I know and love and be able to take a load off after a long day.
But besides all of that, to be an admin for these servers means taking a responsibility to help maintain them so that everyone playing can have fun and not have to worry about having to deal with those people. Racists, mic and chat spammers, hackers, douche bags, and just plain straight up rude individuals are people who make servers not enjoyable and not fun and it is the staff's job to deal with them and sort it out accordingly.
In my time being on the servers, I have help other staff out by messaging them and letting them know of any troublesome and disruptive people on the servers that need to be dealt with and to let them handle it once they come on. I know my limits and try not to overstep things when people are breaking server rules and to just let the right ones do their job.
Being a staff member means being responsible for making sure everyone has fun and at the same time follow the rules of the server and to deal with people who would rather ruin everyone else's day. In the end, just make sure to have fun with it and share some of the fun and joy with other people on the server.
Do you have a minimum of 1 month on the server with at least 60 hours of play?
Yes, I have play on the servers for almost 2 years now.
Do you have a mic?
Yes, and I use it all the time.
Are you in good standing with the community?
Yes, many of the regulars and other staff can vouch for me.
Are you at least 18 years of age?
Yes, I am 22 years of age.
