Who: Kitler and Mr.Guy

They were both crabbing for an uncraftable hat. Kitler lost 3-0 and left without paying up Mr.Guy.

Everything was over mic so nothing was in chat, and before the crab when I asked what the bet was and the conditions, they ignored me and started with the crab so there is no direct evidence of the bet.

Inform him that failure to provide evidence will result in his reports being denied, going forward, regardless of witnesses and their evidence.

Alternatively, if the victim is unwilling/uncaring/refuses to make a report, do not make one for them, unless you were directly involved and by involved I mean a victim participating in the gamble.

I have removed the trouble maker from the servers. (Seems staff got to him first)
