I'm New Here
I was trading with someone who seemed suspicious in that they were exceedingly good at sniping, but claimed to be bad. He wanted a taunt I just unboxed, and when I came back from looking at his BP, I saw that he claimed to have stolen the account. I responded, and he spammed "I"s to try and hide the claim. I was still able to get it again for evidence, but I'm not sure what to do from here. 
He has been hovering around my AFK character for a bit now, probably trying to act like nothing happened. I don't know how to get his steam ID, so I'm afraid his name (which has yet to change) is all I have to go off of.
EDIT; Sorry if this isn't the right place, I just thought it best to get it on here ASAP. Also, this was on server #5, which I neglected to mention in my haste.
EDIT2; He came BACK ON AFTER THE SERVER CRASHED, and says he was kidding. Same name, everything. This is weird.
