anyone currently using their service, can you just provide a few insights for me. I hope to use them at my new house, since they are available in the area.

do you have to buy their $99 modem or can you use the equivalent models listed on their website which you can probably get retail?
Do you require having their activation service to set it up by coming to your house? it's like $65 or something.
do they run through the rogers cable lines? I don't quite get how they provide the internet, unless they pay bell a set fee or something.
their 6 package looks quite good for even their lowest option, and i have equivalent now with rogers and get 5 ping.

any info would be great, thank you sirs and madams.

I have the $100 modem I think with 300 GB cap and enjoy their service and compensated me when my internet was down cuz of rogers.
