Well this was just a wonderful thread to read.
It's good to know how some of you truly feel about the subject.
Anyways, if you've got some free time and want to watch something, go ahead and watch these two videos. Already seen them? Maybe it's time for a refresher.
Not to say that these are "the definitive stance on the issue" or anything. Basically everyone's opinion is valid... Basically... but the opinions discussed here closely align with my own and I feel compelled to share them given how this thread has been progressing so far.

From here you can see feminists' reactions to when someone hates them. Although, I use the term "feminist" losely; most of them are just 13 y/o girls seeking attention (like the ones who self harm. But that hasn't got much to do with feminism.). Apparently they're all about equality, but then they think men should die. Another thing to look at: http://www.infowars.com/feminist-i-aborted-my-baby-because-he-was-male/ this girl aborted her child because it was a male. ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS MALE. However, this isn't the most reliable news source.


I've also seen "feminists" complaining about how all female-based video games are crappily made, and it's non gender equality. But in reality, any video game is for any gender. Apparently there aren't enough female characters? Tomb Raider, Bayonetta, Assassin's Creed: Liberation to name a few.


They also complain about how barbies are setting impossible standards for little girls. When my sister was little all she was worried about with barbies is if she could get the dream house and the dream car, lol.


A few years ago nobody really cared about this crap, so what happened? Maybe it's tumblr's fault?
