Name When Banned: Trading Card Cyborg/Hole Of Air

Ban Reason: For being the alt acc. for a banned player

My original account was banned a year ago. I couldn't find the original post, and if someone could, please post the link in the comments. Anyway, basically I had advertised that I was going to do a raffle on a random unspecified server, and to add me as a friend and nothing else if they were possibly interested. Then a admin, told me to stop, I stopped, then I asked why, they explained, then me being stupid, told him that he could have told me in a nicer way.
Anyway, I was wrong at the time, as he was just doing his job, and rather it was me not properly hearing his explanation. So I did what most people would do, and appealed, but the admin didn't believe I was being sincere with my apology and said I would remain banned for now and to re-appeal 6 whole months later.
I'm primarily a trader, and darkly was one of the very very few places left without chaos, so they were where I usually played. I essentially only played TF2 because of the awesome darkly servers. So I talked to a few close mods who were friends and they told me I was allowed to create another account and start fresh since I was originally banned over a dispute, not something like scamming or hacking.
So I did, and I didn't run into any problems for the next year* as I continued happily trading, making friends and everything else darkly had to offer. Today, I was on a server, trading as normal, and suddenly I was banned for simply being an alt of an banned account. I was in no way hiding this as it was clearly stated in my profile. I have been compliant to all the rules on this account for over an year, and I don't see a reason for a ban on this account. I have even apologized to the admin I was rude to on my old account.
I really hope we can get this sorted out as I love to play on the darkly servers and seeing as I was able to follow all the rules on this account for an extended period of time, can at least be unbanned on this account. Thank you so much for your time as I know this was a long read.
*(except a small incident regarding me adding (MOD) in front of my named on another server and forgetting to change it when I switched servers, but that's an isolated incident that's already been dealt with)
